- Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif and paired with seafood and shellfish dishes, risottos, and dry pastries.
- Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel tanks and small oak barrels at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the lees through a bâtonnage operation. The Franciacorta is then prepared for the tirage, which initiates the second fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for over 36 months.
