- Pairings: An excellent aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, flavorful pasta dishes, and fish-based main courses. Perfect with fruit-based desserts.
- Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the lees through a process of bâtonnage. Subsequently, the Franciacorta is prepared for bottling, where secondary fermentation begins, followed by aging on the lees for at least 30 months.
