  • Tasting temperature: 16-18°C
  • Perfumes and scents: On the nose, it releases vinous, fruity, and fragrant aromas, with notes reminiscent of ripe cherries. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish that is typical of this variety.
  • Pairings: A versatile wine for the entire meal, perfect with cured meats and cheeses, ideal alongside pasta dishes and red meats — pairings that enhance its wonderfully easy-drinking character.
  • Winemaking: Harvest: manual, carried out during the second half of September. Vinification: maceration and fermentation last on average 7–8 days at a controlled temperature of 28°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in stainless steel tanks.
