Perfumes and scents: Intense, aromatic, with notes of peach and lychee. The taste is sweet but not cloying, thanks to its pronounced acidity.
Pairings: Perfect with appetizers, fresh cheeses, desserts, and fruit.
Winemaking: Destemming and brief maceration with the skins is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves, with temperature control between 12°-15°C, and natural sparkling process.
