Characteristics

  • Typology: Moscato d'Asti DOCG
  • Grape variety: Uve Moscato
  • Body: Medium
  • Tasting temperature: 6°-8°C
  • Perfumes and scents: The bouquet reveals intense floral aromas, complemented by notes of yellow peach and sage. On the palate, it is rich and well-balanced, with the characteristic aromatic expression that defines this grape variety.
  • Pairings: An ideal match for all kinds of desserts, yet limiting it to the end of a meal would not do justice to a wine of such exceptional character. Unique and unmistakable, it is equally enjoyable on its own—perfect for sharing with friends, accompanying relaxed conversation, or savouring at a cafĂ© or wine bar.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are carefully hand-harvested during the first half of September. Vinification begins with gentle pressing, followed by static settling of the must and temperature-controlled storage. Fermentation takes place in pressurised stainless steel tanks (autoclaves) at **16–18°C (61–64°F)**, allowing the wine to achieve its ideal balance of alcohol, natural sweetness, and acidity.
